If you are not currently registered in one of our Cluster Parishes and would like to be, please print and fill out the form below. Please make sure to circle the parish you wish to join.

For all parishes in the cluster, please contact the office using the appropriate e-mail for the parish: holyangels@clusterparishes.com , resurrection@clusterparishes.com , saintpaul@clusterparishes.com , saintmary@clusterparishes.com or call 757-484-7335.

Please either place the registration form in the collection plate, mail it to the Cluster Office at 3501 Cedar Lane, Portsmouth, VA 23703, or e-mail it to the parish you wish to join.
